Raj Pareek is an executive transformation leader who has directed ERP, finance and technology programmes for global organisations across energy & commodities trading, telecommunications and utilities. His work spans the full arc — board-level business cases, technology and SI selection, global deployment, and the recovery of programmes that lost their way.
He has stabilised a global Workday Financials programme, taken a treasury transformation from investment case to a live global payment hub, delivered an SAP S/4HANA template across sixteen countries through the pandemic, and led the change that made a major HR transformation stick.
